Attention: We note that some customers feed back that the cartridge is 'not full of activated carbon', 'insufficient', 'loosely packed'. In fact, we fill it fully with the activated carbon and ion exchange resin when producing, however, the resin particles, which are indispensable in the 2-step advanced filtration system, will shrink when stored in dry warehouse. So it becomes loose and not full. In actual use, the resin will absorb water and recover in 1~2 hours. So please don't worry.
