Designed and developed to fit in any home or kitchen space, the sleek design offers a very modern, professional, and organized aesthetic. As an extra feature, the handles are left exposed for easy removal and attachment for all your Findking chef knives.

DIMENSIONS - Findking is proud to offer our magnetic knife strip in three different sizes to facilitate any level of “chef knife nut” (chef knife enthusiast). The “Large” strip is 46cm (about 18 inches). The “Medium” strip 40cm (about 16 inches) The “Small” strip 30cm (about 12 inches). The width is 6cm (2.3 inches) and will allow clearance to install under all overhead cabinets. The versatility of the magnetic knife strip dimensions makes it a great addition to any kitchen or home.

This bundle includes 4 items. One 5” utility knife, one 7" santoku knife, one 8” chef knife and one 9” kiritsuke gyuto knife.

[PREMIUM MATERIAL] The steel core of blade was constructed of 9Cr18MoV Damascus steel, which with high hardness and rustproof. The knife handle was made of eco-friendly Resin, which with alkali proof and heat resistant. It is easy to clean and has no cracks to breed bacteria.

[FORGING CRAFTS] The ripple pattern on the blade was formed while forging, folded forged by 33 layers stainless steel for each blade side. The pits on the blade were hand hammered by artisans, which can make the food not stick to the blade. The bevel angle for each side of blade edge is 15 degrees, which makes cutting more smoothly.

HIGH QUALITY WOOD - The Chopping Board is made of walnut wood, providing higher durability than common kitchen cutting boards. Smooth walnut wood doesn’t dull your knives and feels easy to cut on.

DURABLE & RELIABLE - The innovative splicing technology and thickened design are stronger and more durable than standard cutting boards. It can withstand heavy blows, shredding and soaking, and will not warp or split. It is more durable than most common bamboo and plastic cutting boards.

DIMENSIONS - The height of the magnetic knife block is 22cm (8.7inches). Which will allow clearance to stow under many overhead cabinets. The width of the “knife board” is 27.5cm (10.8inches). Allowing you to fit five knives across the “knife board.” The base allows the users for two different types of storing as well (front facing and side facing). All of these dimensions were carefully crafted by our Findking design team to best fit most spaces in home/office (kitchens).

Our focus for YuFeng series is to offer an ergonomic chinese chef's knife that is razor sharp, and makes cooking easier.The focuses of The YuFeng series design is to create a knife that displays comfort, efficiency and endurance.

BLADE DESIGN- The Chopping knife is constructed with 7Cr17Mov Stainless steel, and has a hardness rating (HRC) of 60+/-2. This rating falls within the optimum use category of the Rockwell scale of hardness for chinese cleaver. The 7Cr17Mov Stainless steel used has been meticulously developed for durability, reliability, edge retention, and of course RAZOR sharp. The blade face forged through wire drawing which can reduce friction, easy to clean.
