【Upgrade Firmware】: According to your needs to decide whether to set automatically update the firmware. With the firmware update, so that you can use the latest function of GW1100. Besides, the original data can be retained. This option is unchecked as a default setting, which means the device will not upgrade firmware by itself. If this option is enabled, it will upgrade firmware automatically (precondition: gateway GW1100 connected to your router with internet access from the network).

【View Live Data & Publish to Internet Weather Services】: You can use mobile application (WS View Plus/Ecowitt APP) view collected live data, manage sensor calibration setup, manage sensor selection. Besides, the GW1100 Wi-Fi gateway support uploading all the sensors data to Weather Underground, WOW, Weather Cloud, Ecowitt Weather and other custom sites(using either Wunderground or Ecowitt protocol)

【Sensor Calibration】: The CO2 sensor is drifted or not: Put the sensor in outdoor open air locations, away from any combustion exhausts, wait for 30 minutes, you should see the CO2 reading is 420ppm +/-10. If it is far from this reading, please wait for some more time, and test it during night to confirm. Once it is confirmed, please open the back housing, and use a clipper pin to press the Calibrate button as below figure shows, leave it for 30s, and the reading will be shifted back to 420ppm.

3. UP to 8 channels supported: This water temperature tester allows you to track temperature at up to 8 locations (additional sensors sold separately). Probe version(WN34S) for testing soil temperature and cabled version(WN34L) for testing water temperature, the total supported quantity of the two sensors could not exceed eight for one receiver.

4. Live Data: when the WN34L water thermometer paired with a GW1100/GW1000 Wi-Fi gateway(sold seperately), the live data can be viewed directly on the WSView Plus or Ecowitt App(requires the gateway and your phone is using the same Wi-Fi network), channel names can be edited on the app.Battery level information displayed on the WSView Plus or Ecowitt App.

5. Remote Monitoring & Email Alerts: Our swater temperature thermometer for testing any wet temperature medium supports uploading data to our free Ecowitt Weather server(ecowitt.net) to view current temperature data & history records & graph on the website, receive email alerts from the server, remote monitoring with smart phone, laptop, or computer by visiting the website.

Weather Data Storage: can be permanently stored in a micro SD card (not included). The system has a low power maintain mode such that user will never experience data lost.

PC Software via USB: PC software provides vivid data display and data analysis tool. Enables easy access to the weather data stored on SD card. PC software makes system configuration very simple. MAC is not compatible.
